beer bottling
Now for the moment of truth, we finally get to taste and bottle our beer that we had made at the man bath. Quang, Duy, and I arrived on a busy day. Brewbakers was having a grand opening next door for their wine making venture. Knowing this two weeks ago, we planned this to coincide with our bottling. We were interested to see what the wine making experience was all about and wanted to support their grand opening. We had to wait about 30 minutes before there was room for us to bottle so we each had a beer and some of those fresh pretzel bread sticks while waiting.
While bottling, we took frequent samples of our red ale, I thought it tasted pretty good. Quite pleased, we patted ourselves on the back, continued to bottle and drink. Even getting a nice little buzz off of it.

After we got home, we dusted off the bottles. So fresh and so clean.

Duy came up with the name Buff Beer and the conceptual art that went along with it. He chose Buff Beer because of our obvious combination of love for muscles and The Simpsons.
